Shipping
Your handcrafted purchases are packaged in our beautiful branded packaging. Complete with a jewellery care card. We can include a handwritten note on our floral card, please use the instruction box on the shopping cart page to add your note. We use sturdy shipping cardboard shipping boxes.
You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal address supplied is correct. The customer is also responsible for any taxes, duties or charges occurred within your own country.
We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur in your country for customs clearance checks so please allow time when ordering for shipping and customs clearance.
What shipping methods are available and how long will it take?
UK - Once the order ships these are usually 1-2 day delivery.
Rest Of the World - There is wide variability for how long customs take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself. We ship via Airmail.
I would like to order from Europe or the Rest of the World but prefer to use a courier.
Please contact us with what items you require and we will give you a quote for courier delivery.
I want to change my shipping address
If you have placed an order and would like to change the address, you will need to contact us on the contact page.
For orders that have shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Unfortunately we are not able to refund or send replacement orders where an incorrect address has been entered. You may personally be able to contact the address where the item has shipped or to wait until the package is returned to us, this will happen if the resident at the address refuses the package.
Do I have to pay duties or custom charges?
UK - No, there are no additional costs to pay.
USA – It is unlikely there will be customs charges or duty to be paid.
EU – Likely. Usually orders are charged local duties, taxes and fees according to the country. You are responsible for these charges and we have no control over what charges your government applies. Please check your local customs department for more information.
